Reaction Conditions 1X Buffer V5 30mM Tris-acetate (pH 7.9 at 30°C), 10mM Mg-acetate, 60mM K-acetate, and 100μg /ml BSA. Incubate at 37°C.
Storage Buffer10mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.6), 50mM NaCl, 0.1mM EDTA, 200μg /ml BSA, 1mM DTT and 50% glycerol. Store at -20°C
Thermal Inactivation65°C for 20 minutes.
